Chase is Eight!

There were big plans made for a Perrins Christmas. It entailed splitting Glenn and Kathy's two weeks between four families. Kathy had it ALL planned out! 2 1/2 days and 3 nights with each family. It was complicated....let me tell ya what...I saw the schedule!

Chase's Baptism was the opening event (the 17th). The spirit was felt very strongly and Chase was glowing. After the baptism and confirmation, we ate lunch and the kids decorated sugar cookies. It was wonderful to visit and play with each other. Unfortunately, Glenn and Kathy were heading home the following morning. Only two days before, we received news that Glenn's cancer had spread in his stomach and intestines. He was going to begin the "big gun" Chemo on Monday. It was time for the family to reunite in faith and hope for the miracle of healing.

Of course my favorite part of any event:

Chase's Favorite Aunt! ;0)

Zach and Chase. Good Buddies!

Danielle and Jeff. I don't think I have one serious picture of Jeff!

Jeremy and his dad, Glenn.

Oh, come on Seth, you know you were enthralled in Jill and Kathy's conversation!

Cookies and cake. That is all Noah ate. No wonder he's happy!

Celeste decorating a cookie with Abigail.

Alaina and Hailey chumming it up!

Hob-Nobbing...
